Hi I am planning to buy a tent inside which I want to put 4 cots . Please share your suggestion . I am planning to buy REI Wonderland 6 .
You might want to consider a wall tent for that setup.
Think about the cot height and proximity to the tent walls. I have two REI campwell cots and due to their height they sit about 6-8 inches from the sidewalls.

Got it. How about protecting the tent floor from the cot legs?

You can use foam pads that snap together. They protect the floor and add some insulation. They’re great for car camping.

We use metal coasters with a raised lip under the cot legs. They work really well.

I also use a Kirkhams 10x10 canvas tent for similar setups.
A 6 person tent might be too small for 4 cots. I’d suggest at least a 10 person tent to ensure enough space.
Consider some extra space between the cots for gear and moving around. A six-person tent could be a bit cramped for four people. Maybe look into an 8 person tent as a better fit.
You might also want to consider a tipi-style tent, they can offer more room and accommodate a stove.
The space can vary greatly - I can fit a single cot in a 2-person dome tent comfortably. But adding another would be a squeeze.
We use a similar tent with only two cots, and it’s quite spacious. But adding two more would definitely be tight. Perhaps consider a larger tent.
You’ll need to consider the layout and door position too, especially if the tent has sloped walls which could reduce usable space.
