I purchased these items years ago in Germany and it appears that Campingaz is not available in the US. Does anyone know of an adapter that can convert to an MSR nipple here?
It would be helpful if you could provide more details on what these items run on or the type of connectors they use. Without that information, it’s hard to offer specific advice.
If the canister requires inserting a needle, it might be best to just purchase new equipment. It’s generally more reliable.
Could you provide a picture showing the connector? If Campingaz is for isobutane or propane, there’s likely an adapter available.
Are your stove and lantern designed for use with Camping Gaz Lindl valve non-threaded iso-butane canisters? If so, have you tried attaching current threaded canisters with the Camping Gaz latch? Some available canisters might fit due to being slightly narrower.
That looks similar to my white fuel stove. You can find white fuel at most hardware stores in the US. A clear picture of the ‘nipples’ would help identify if there’s a compatible adapter.
It might be possible to find a compatible fuel. Have you searched online for options?

Campingaz has become somewhat obsolete, and new canisters were reportedly banned from production. You might still find canisters in specialized hiking shops. There was an adapter for isobutane canisters, but it was unreliable due to the specific height required by the canisters. Consider upgrading to newer isobutane burners and lanterns, which are better and more readily available.

Campingaz is still widely available in Europe and comes in different types. It might not be cost-effective to import them, though.
With advancements in solar technology, traditional canisters like these might be considered outdated unless you’re aiming for a retro theme.
