Greetings, I’m a tea lover and I’ve always thought that having tea outside would be interesting. I enjoy making tea the Chinese gongfu way, which involves using a little teapot or brewing equipment that is packed full of tea leaves to make several quick brews. During a session, you can frequently use up to a liter of water.
To boil water and maintain it at that temperature for approximately 30 to 45 minutes, I essentially need a stove and kettle for day trips. Which would you suggest? Thank you

Soto Windmaster, MSRP Pocket Rocket, or comparable stove combined with Soto Thermostack. It can accommodate everything and accommodate a 110g fuel canister.

I use a backpackers stove and Stanley Adventure pot or GSI kettle to boil water for tea. Which I bring depends on how much room is in my “kitchen tote” (the Stanley pot is smaller). I only bring the water to boiling or just before for individual cups of tea and it only takes a couple minutes.
Are you boiling 30-40 minutes for one pot or over the length of your trip. Backpackers stove boil fast and have used the same fuel canister for an evening cup of tea for multiple day camping trips. If you need to boil 30-40 minutes per pot, I don’t know how long your fuel will last.

I boil water for tea using a Stanley Adventure pot or GSI kettle and a backpacker’s burner. Depending on how much space I have in my “kitchen tote,” I either bring the Stanley pot or something smaller. For individual cups of tea, I merely heat the water to a boil or slightly above, which takes only a few minutes.
For one pot, are you boiling for thirty to forty minutes, or for the duration of your trip? Backpackers’ stoves boil quickly, and they’ve gone on multi-day camping expeditions using the same fuel canister for an evening cup of tea. I’m not sure how long your fuel will last if you have to boil each pot for thirty to forty minutes.

Although the Way cannot be named, this is the way.

Never used it myself but did a quick Google and looks like Amazon sells a bunch of different portable 300ml water bottle electric kettle. Might be worth looking into something like that and carrying extra water with you. Read the comments carefully - looks like for most you want to monitor the bottle closely as it’s heating to prevent overflowing. I wonder if there’s a UB-C version somewhere so you can recharge it with a portable battery pack if you use it so much
