I have been contacting Black Diamond for a warranty issue for 8 months now, I forgot to follow up once it was approved thinking they had everything. I followed up and they hadn’t responded to my emails for 3 months until I spammed every email they had available. Every time I call their number, no one is available to answer, EVER! Regardless of whatever option I press, there are no message options. The person on the other end of the email has no interest in reading my email, and noting that the case was resolved and instead occasionally keeps asking me to resubmit a new warranty claim and wait 2 months again! I feel like I am going crazy.
Has anyone gotten through? How can I talk to someone more senior?
Edit: The reason why I took so long to follow up was the product I wanted was out of stock, and this was communicated.
