Looking for suggestions as to what people are using to make espresso on their trips? I’m not looking for something to double as a coffee maker (I have a GSI Java Press that I love for that)…more looking specifically for espresso.
Thanks!

Since I’m Italian, I would strongly advise using a caffettiera or moka pot instead of espresso. You may use it over a stove or over a fire, and you can pre-grind your beans to any size that works best for your company. In addition to being affordable, sturdy, and rebuildable, it produces excellent coffee when used correctly.
The aeropress that my friend owns is good, but it seems like a pain to reload, requires separate pre-boiling of water and uses disposable filters (if you do this with the caffettiera it makes much better coffee, but it’s not strictly necessary). It’s usually okay if you’re alone.
Although it takes a lot of effort and time, I’ve discovered that the Bellman can foam milk and makes good espresso.
Given how little it is, the Aero press with a pressure valve is arguably the best-tasting espresso maker.
Aeropress gets a +1. Coffee has a good flavor. Like the delonghi I make at home.
A moka pot is as near as you can get without compression. If you’re interested, check out some of Matteo D’ottavio’s YouTube videos.
The micro-presso is with me. It works. But it’s hard to obtain a decent pull. The interior must be warmed by running hot water through it a few times.
